At House of Dad, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Refund
Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
